Hi thanks for the great message :) A few basic things to remember about maintaining a healthy body are : Commitment, Routine, and positive thinking. First you must commit yourself to the change you desire, so decide on a date to start and stick with it NO MATTER WHAT! First of all I would suggest you look at what kinds of things to are putting into your body, if you smoke your doomed to fail, so don’t bother till you quit smoking. Also alcohol is basically liquid FAT so if your a beer or even vodka drinker it’s going to be ten times harder to get that hot body you desire. Look at the food you put in your pie hole lol and know that most of the foods today are processed and packed with sugar and chemicals, so be careful , sugar is super bad for us, I know it sucks but even natural sugars are no good in large amounts, today sugar secretly added into everything we consume , the reason is because it’s addictive and makes everything taste better so big food corporations add it to EVERYTHING….we get sugar in almost all processed foods, so read the labels and avoid as much sugar as you can, processed foods should be avoided, try and eat as much organic food as possible, raw veggies are the best, lean protein is great, try to avoid red meat it slows your digestive track down, drink lots of water, never drink sugary soda ever! Diet sodas are evil lol they are worse than regular soda so don’t be tricked, whole milk is for baby cows not humans, so avoid it, avoid white breads, white rice, white foods like that are bleached and VOID of any natural goodness, so try and stick with multigrain or dark /brown rice when it comes to that kind of stuff. To build muscle mass you need PROTEIN rich foods AND WATER lots and lots of water, muscles need water and protein to stretch and grow, lastly cardio burns the fat but not just walking around the block you must work up a sweat and get your heart pumping, swim, run, stairs find your routine… If you adopt this mindset you will get the healthy body you desire. I’m a huge fan of your work and I have been following you guys for years dating way back to the xtube days! I love how positive and kind you guys are and the healthy, positive role models you are for young guys everywhere.
Anyway, you guys are sort of like role models for me and therefore I would really value your advice. Basically, I really want to be fitter and have a better body. I’m not morbidly obese but I was never very athletic and I was overweight in my younger years. I lost a lot of weight in my mid twenties but I never really gained muscle mass. I work really long hours, I travel a lot and I keep making new resolutions to get fit, start a regular workout routine but life always seems to get in the way.
So I turn to you guys for motivation and advice. I’m never going to be ripped but I would like to be able to see some definition on my torso and have some muscle on my arms. I feel self conscious in the gym and I struggle to find time to work out regularly. Do you guys have any motivational tips or advice? I know I can get these answers from any one of a million self help sources but I’m hoping given my respect for you, anything you say might have more impact.

Haha well it works lol In my family olive oil was the cure for anything skin related basically everything when I was a kid my grandmother used to put it on our hair and skin for millions of cure alls lol so I figured skin /foreskin why not haha it never hurt us, and cotton balls are used on cuts and medical stuff so that’s pretty safe too, and my hunch paid off and it worked awesome :) for him so Thanks nana lol
Hmmmmm ummmm ? Is this a legit question or a sarcastic bitchy one? I am going to go with maybe it’s a legit question and answer it honestly, JUST INCASE you are asking me because you are considering it yourself…. I can say with all honesty that we BOTH have never even considered it, we love each other so much that to kill one of us would be to kill us both, so no never, we love our lives we are lucky to both have amazing family’s and parents and supportive friends, and neither of us have any mental health issues or thoughts of suicide, the only way we would even consider it is if we had some heinous cancer eating us alive or Alzheimer’s destroying our memories and minds so yes if we were suffering with no hope then we would consider it… But to kill yourself because you can’t handle stress or you are tired of living or you are sad or unhappy for any other reason like that, in my opinion, is a cowardly selfish clueless act. You must remember, death is THE END, and if there is a heaven YOU CANT GET IN IF YOU KILL YOURSELF! That’s the rule….so don’t rush it, life is fucking AMAZING! If your life sucks soooo bad that you are thinking of killing yourself you must suck it up and change your situation, go out and MOVE to another country , become a missionary, a stripper, a lion tamer, join a fucking circus, get lost in the Amazon, become a gender illusionist, hitch hike across the country …..ANYTHING but suicide, it’s the pussy way out and don’t kid yourself, everyone at your funeral will feel bad but in the back of there mind they will think your a loser for doing it.
